1. What information do I collect and what do I do with it?

When you sign up for a consultation or for my email newsletter, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.

2. How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for me to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting me at delia@sbvrt.org, or hitting unsubscribe.

Payment:

If you become a client of mine, I will send you an invoice via PayPal, a third party payment processor. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Web Analysis Tools

I may use web analysis tools that are built into the Subvert Art Consulting website to measure and collect anonymous session information.
